The National Women in Roofing (NWIR) is an organization dedicated to advancing the careers of women in the roofing industry through education, networking, mentoring, and industry support. With councils across the country, NWiR creates meaningful local impact while maintaining strong national credibility.

The Central Texas Council, established in 2016, serves roofing professionals across the region by creating opportunities for leadership development, workforce growth, and community connection within the roofing and construction industries.
